About Pasarella: Pasarella is a women’s boutique known for contemporary styles and personalized service. Our Oak Park Mall store is looking for enthusiastic team members who love connecting with customers and helping them feel their best.
About the role: The store manager leads Pasarella’s Oak Park Mall location. This person is responsible for sales, staffing, merchandising and overall store operations.
Responsibilities
•Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting and maintaining visual merchandising.
•Recruit, hire and train sales associates and key holders.
•Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
•Monitor inventory levels, place orders and coordinate with the corporate office.
•Ensure compliance with mall and corporate policies.
•Resolve customer issues and maintain a high standard of service.
•Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
•2+ years of retail management experience.
•Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
•Proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
•Experience with POS systems and basic office software.
•Spanish language skills appreciated but not mandatory. The ability to assist Spanish-speaking customers and staff is an asset.
•Flexibility to work a full-time schedule including mornings/evenings, weekends and some holidays.
•Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Compensation & benefits
•Pay range: $18-$21 per hour.
