About Pasarella: Pasarella is a women’s boutique known for contemporary styles and personalized service. Our Oak Park Mall store is looking for enthusiastic team members who love connecting with customers and helping them feel their best.
Responsibilities
•Greet and assist customers, answer product questions and recommend outfits.
•Operate the point-of-sale system to process purchases, returns and exchanges.
•Maintain merchandising standards by restocking and organizing displays.
•Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
•Support inventory processes (receive shipments, tag items, maintain stockroom).
•Ensure fitting rooms are clean and ready for use.
•Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
•Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
•Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred but not required.
•Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
•Spanish language skills a plus (desirable but not required).
•Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings/evenings, weekends and some holidays.
•Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
Compensation & benefits
•Pay range: $14-$16 per hour based on experience.
