Key Holder / Lead Sales Associate

About Pasarella: Pasarella is a women’s boutique known for contemporary styles and personalized service. Our Oak Park Mall store is looking for enthusiastic team members who love connecting with customers and helping them feel their best.

About the role: Key holders act as the manager on duty when the store manager is away. They open and close the store, lead shifts and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
•Open and close the store, including arming/disarming alarms and securing cash deposits.
•Supervise associates on the sales floor, provide coaching and delegate tasks.
•Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints.
•Count registers and complete nightly bank deposits.
•Assist with scheduling and ensure adequate coverage throughout the day.
•Maintain visual standards and ensure merchandise is well presented.
•Train new associates on policies and sales techniques.

Qualifications
•1+ year of retail experience; leadership experience is a plus.
•Exceptional customer-service skills and the ability to multitask.
•Comfortable handling cash and following security procedures.
•Spanish proficiency preferred but not required. Ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers is valued.
•Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings/evenings, weekends and some holidays.
•Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation & benefits
•Pay range: $15-$18 per hour.

•Training and development with a path to assistant manager or store manager.
